Repainting will begin in Building 1 at around 9am. Each building will take about 90 minutes. 1st Floor Residents, please exit/enter through your lanai.
The paint dries in about 45 minutes; please don’t walk on wet paint!

Pelican Preserve’s Lawn Bowling Field
Join us on March 3 for a fun time lawn bowling. All Siena residents and renters are welcome.
Sign up begins at next Sunday’s Cocktails in the Carport. A sign up sheet will be there at that time.
If you wish, you can indicate who you’d like to be paired with when you sigh up. Space is limited to the first 40 to sign up.
For those wishing to participate but unable to attend Cocktails in the Carport, contact JohnRoach(johnroach2005@aol.com) after next Sunday’s Carport event.
Crystal Clean will be back Tuesday morning, February 6, 2024 to continue cleaning Siena’s Walkways.
Cleaning may continue through Wednesday, February 7.
Please remove all mats and other items from the walkways during this cleaning process.
LINT-OUT SIGN UP INFORMATION

Lint-Out will be at Siena on February 20, 2024 for interior dryer vent clean out.
Sign up must be done by February 13.
